We understand that quality and value are important to you. Consequently one of our first priorities is recruiting temps and getting them through the compliance process as soon as possible.
To help us achieve a compliant and quality people resource we have set up a dedicated agency, Pinnacle Recruit to manage all recruitment and compliance issues. This team is 100% focussed on ensuring that our people have the training they need, have an up to date CRB and are ready to go to work.
Our 150 recruitment consultants and relationship managers and are also a very important quality resource. They work with you on a day to day basis and aim to provide first class customer service. We have one of the best people retention statistics in the business, which gives you the confidence of continuity of support and contact.
A real strength of Pinnacle Dental is the quality and loyalty of our temps. Many of our nurses and heath workers have stayed with us over the years and a great many of our recruits come to us through our refer a friend scheme.
